Love the recipes
My granddaughter was diagnosed with an allergy to dairy and to peanuts/peanut oil. I ordered this book for my daughter, and she made the cupcakes in there for the granddaughter's birthday party. They were delicious. No one could tell there were any substitutions. Thank you so much.

a great help
I haven't had a chance to try all the recipes I'm interested in yet, but this book has been so helpful in giving me ideas and options for feeding my children when one of them is soy, dairy, egg and wheat free! Thanks for doing all this work..

Good place for ideas...
I got this book after finding out that my youngest of 3 sons is allergic to eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts, celery, and shrimp. This has some ideas and is designed for toddlers, but I can't eat anything that contains these ingredients since he is still nursing and the small serving sizes just seem like a lot of hassle. I like to cook in bulk and freeze things since, with 3 kids under 4 and all very busy boys, I don't have a lot of time to cook small amounts everyday, This book doesn't give me that. I am going to be looking for another book that will be more helpful.

Not all that great!
The recipes were good but most were things most of us know to do. Seriously, one recipe for chicken bites was chicken, rice milk, rice flour, salt to taste, and frying oil. The recipes are kid friendly but I want a cookbook that gives me different ideas. Good book for someone who is just beginning to learn to cook but for most save your money.

Couple good recipes rest I don't know whose kids would eat
I wish I would have seen this in a store before buying & I would have saved my money. I ended up just substituting in my regular recipes to make my food soy & dairy free.

Disappointingly American
I'm really disappointed by this book because it is written by an American Mum (or should that be Mom) and aimed at an American market. I can cope with recipes being measured in cups as I have a set of measuring cups, but too many of the ingredients are very American too canola oil, corn syrup, shortening, squash puree. I was looking for some allergy free, child friendly recipes to use with a group of children at a primary school but while this sort of recipe may be considered easy for our cousins across the pond, it is way too much faffing about for me and my ducklings, in fact I would go so far as to say I wouldn't even use it on weekends with my own kids because the recipes are too complicated for them too

Unimpressed
Recipes are mainly measured in American cups and use American ingredients like allPurpose flour etc

Not Really Worth The Money
So expensive for such a flimsy book I was expecting it to be Hardback, a bit disappointed with this purchase
