Excellent product
Bought to keep in my car for emergencies. Car battery when dead after not driving during lockdown, the starter was able to start the car (1.8L Petrol, and a 2L diesel) multiple times without significant loss of charge. The torch isnt the most powerful, but thats not the main feature, so not complaining.

Works great for jump starting and anything else 12v. 2nd I've purchased
The media could not be loaded. This is the second DBPower jump starter I have purchased. The first one was an 18000mAh I use for my larger Chevy Silverado Duramax diesel truck. It has worked great each time.Since this was for my flex fuel Chevy Avalanche gas truck, I went with the DBPower 10000mAh jump starter as it was a bit less expensive. I have posted a short video of it connected and starting the truck. It had no trouble getting going. Since they are so compact and easy to transport, I take one on our boat when on the water. We had to jump start another boat that had a dead battery.I’ve also posted pics of both units. As you can see, the 10000mAh is just a bit smaller, making it easier to store in smaller trucks and cars. The other thing I like about this unit is its USB charging. I installed a 12v power port in the back of the Avalanche that is connected to key power. So I can leave the jump starter plugged in all the time, it charges and tops off when I’m driving, but doesn’t run down the truck battery when turned off. The larger unit comes with a 110v wall charger. I haven’t noticed any significant drop in stored power when they are not plugged in, so leaving them charging isn’t really necessary. The one not plugged in still has a full charge. Both units come with their own storage case, so despite Amazon’s “Frequently bought together” suggestion of a case, you don’t need to purchase one. As shown in the pics, the case is great quality with a large zipper and padded storage for the jump starter; there is also extra storage for the jumper cable adaptor and other accessories you can get. They both offer USB ports that can charge electronic devices. We also use them to run small USB lights and fans when dry camping. They both lasted all weekend. Just for fun I used the 18000mAh jump starter USB port to recharge the 10000mAh jump starter. It was able to almost fully recharge it.Both are very sturdy and heavy built. Not cheap plastic. The ports are all tight and work well holding anything plugged in. They also have power indicators showing charge. The smaller unit has LED lights, the larger one has an LCD display. I wish the jumper cable port on the 10000mAh unit was as easy to open as the 18000mAh. It is a little tighter. I don’t have long fingernails, so I used the tip of a key. It might get easier as it is used more.I highly recommend the 12v power port accessory, (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019IFHLAE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). This plugs directly into the jumper cable port on the jump starter boxes and makes this very handy for camping and boating. We have used it to run air pumps to inflate floats and camping air mattresses.I think the only issue I have, and this appears indicative of other brands and units as well, is the short cables on the jumper cable adaptors. They are just barely long enough to get to both battery posts, and if the battery is a tight fit, it can be a bit frustrating. I generally follow the procedure of connected the positive to the battery and the negative to a ground point like a body or engine bolt, but sometimes those aren’t close either. Again, it appears that other brands are similar in design.Overall I am extremely satisfied with how both of these have worked and what I’ve been able to use them for. I see a few more being purchased for my other cars, the boat and as gifts for the kids. I’d prefer they have this option over asking a stranger or having to wait for AAA to arrive.Full disclosure; I was reimbursed a percentage of the cost for the 10000mAh unit in exchange for testing and posting my comments. But I had already purchased the 18000mAh unit on my own, which is how I ended up on their product test list. Take that as you will. When I have other opportunities to jump start, and/or find other handy uses for them, I will try to remember to update. Thanks for reading!

Great Item to have in your car for emergency jump start.

The test below is done in an 80-100F or 26-38C environment. Cold weather will be much more demanding to start a car so it is unknown how it will perform in these conditions. Testing was done on 2.2L gasoline engine. The quality seems good and it comes in a zippered soft rigid case that nicely holds the battery, intelligent jumper clamps, flat 12” USB-A to USB-C charge cable, and manual. No AC wall charger is included but any standard USB charger will work.I have been testing the Jump Starter several times now by purposely running my car battery down by leaving the lights and the air fan running. Note in each test I verified if car could start on its own before using Jump Starter.Test one leave lights on overnight. This ran the battery down to near 0. The Jump Starter was not able to start car at first try. I believe this is because the battery being drained drew additional current along with starter. I let the battery sit for a while with no load (turned off lights) which enabled the battery to recover some voltage and tried again. The Jump Starter was able to start the car then.Test two. Since a long term draining, weak, or dead battery can require more starting current I was wondering if the car battery was complete disconnect if the Jump Starter alone would work. It did work but took two cranks to start as starting seems harder. Note I tried this experiment twice but first time failed because Jump Start was not fully charged up. Jump Start must be freshly charged to try this.Test three. I was wondering how many times I could start my car over and over. I repeatedly ran my battery down and was able to jump start it 7 times without having to recharge the Jump Starter battery. This is good because you may need several tries to start. Unit needs a rest between starts to prevent overheating.Minor gripes: When I first used the Jump Starter the instructions through me in confusion. Page 4 step 3 in manual said when plugging in the intelligent jump clamp cable to the Jump Starter the digital display will show the Jump Starter voltage .Note when connected to car battery only it will display the car battery voltage. I did not see this voltage displayed and only saw a rotating rectangle. I contacted Customer Service several times over this and reps were puzzled but did finally did say it was not necessary to see Voltage for it to work. This was true unit still works fine if voltage not seen. Nowhere have I found in the manual what rotating rectangle display means but looking closer at step 3 it has “or light up” I take that to mean the rotating rectangle (meaning ready). I did finally see the Jump Starter voltage and found out it only flashes for one second but I notice it sometimes flashes so quickly you only see blink which explains how voltage is intermittently seen. I discovered this has to do with the intelligent jump start clamp cable electronics. This has nothing to do with Jump Starter battery unit. The purpose of clamp electronics is to determine when it is safe to allow current flow from Jump Starter battery. I can hear a relay click noise when it connects. It somehow senses voltage/current to know when to allow the connection. I think there needs to be some refinement in manual and electronics to make this clearer. However due note Jump Starter works and does what it is meant to do.My second gripe is the rubber cover on the jumping port is not easy to lift and having to use a tool to get a lift started. Conclusions the Jump Start bottom line works just great. It was able to start engine (with no car battery) due to intelligent jumper clamp. I have another brand jump start kit but its jumper clamp design will not allow this. I had a couple of minor gripes so minus 5% in rating but what it is supposed to do jump start a car it did with no problems, I give a 95% thumbs up. *****I highly advise everyone should have one of these in their car kit. I have had one for a few years and it has saved me on numerous occasions when camping in middle of nowhere and I ran my car battery down charging my cell phone, listening to the radio, and having interior lights on. I also saved a couple of stranded people who could not start their cars due to battery issues. It beats having to drag out jumper cables.See attached video of car starting on 5th jump, photo of contents

It works flawlessly
I ride a motorcycle and I decided to buy this after my battery died one time. Ive used it a few times for other people's trucks and cars, and once onb my bike. It works great and is smaller than my forearm, so it fits good in a backpack

ever worry about starting your car and hate to rely on others to jump start your car's battery ?
with this battery source you can depend on emergency power and jump your own batteryit's as easy as powering up your phone , in fact it can do that also . Follow easy instructions and you'll be zooming up again in no time just keep it charged up every 3-4 months at home then leave in car/truck.I have daughters and wife to help and make sure they have one in their vehicles .Made them learn to jump start car and change tire or oil and filter before they went off to college .used to be you had to carry another full size car battery and not cross the wires no it's foolproof/won't let you cross charge ,you can't do it wrong !
