It feels and looks better quality than I expected. Especially for the price. Loved it. Gave it as a gift though so idk how it held up after use and washing. But from what I saw, it is really nice!

I really like the saying on it, it makes me smile! How I wish Alexa would make coffee! But it is only about as thermal as any low grade Starbucks cup. However, I am willing to deal for the smiles.

I have had this a couple months now. The only thing that gets done with it is: filled with coffee, put in cup holder on the way to work, then it lives on my desk for the day. I am NOT rough with it. The color coating is chipping off the very bottom rim, and as of yesterday, now the top by the lid. All I do is take off the lid, and no I'm not using my nails. But it's chipping. :( So disappointed because I love everything else about it.Updating to say I contacted the company on their website. They apologized and said mine must have been defective, and are sending me a new one. Will update again!Update: New one arrived quickly and is thus far doing just fine going thru the dishwasher, and doing everything else that the first one did. If you happen to have issues with the cup like I did, go yo the company's website directly. They'll take care of you.
