These WiFi switches from MOES were very easy to setup and work great. They are standard size so you can buy a standard cover plate for very little money at Lowe's or HomeDepot.

I have purchased quite a few MOES devices to date and have been very happy with them all. This switch is no exception. It does what it is supposed to and integrates into Alexa and Smart-Life easily. Now I can control my outdoor flood lights from my phone.One thing to note about smart light switches in general is that they do require a neutral (white) wire. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but residential light switch wiring very often will not contain a neutral wire at the old switch. Conventional light switches don't require power to function - they are just a mechanical contact device too allow or obstruct a electricity in the hot wire - so neutral wiring is often not included in light switch wiring. A smart light switch however must be powered and therefore requires a hot (black) wire and a neutral (white). This will be true for any smart device of any brand that connects to house wiring.

The Price is Right For What You Get,The switch has two flaws straight out-of-the-box1. The "safety labels" is wrapped around the switch covering up the ventilation vents on the switch box, removing the glued label is damn near impossible without ripping it apart leaving the ventilation vents with tatters of the label still attached., I recommend a heat gun to remove the label intact if you have one !2. The switch box comes with its own white cover mount, but if you want to use your original covers because your color matched to your home., it will not fit flush and properly because the switches is non-standard design., this is just poor engineering from the manufacturer...3. I purchased this type of switch approximately 3 years ago and they all start failing around the time period, I would recommended warranty or buy some extra switches to keep handy.

The media could not be loaded. First of all, I want to start by saying I love any product that can integrate so well with my Alexa at home . I love how easy it was to install and how well it looks with the rest of my house

Bought the 4 pack for > $50 and wanted to use it to control and program my shutters. Unfortunately this is only a simple switch and although a rocker it is not compatible to control shutter motors. I tried then to use it for my dimmers but that didn’t not work either. This is a simple on/off switch only. Yes it can be remote controlled and programmed but it has very little functionality. If you are only looking for this, it’s probably fine.Unfortunately I found out after the return window closed. Now I have a >$50 unopened box for 4 switches which can only do what a $2.99 switch from Home Depot can do plus Bluetooth.I would love to return the switch. It is brand new and not used.

Pros:1. it uses SmartLife app, which lots of companies seem to use.2. the main body is relatively small. I used to have a full array of Treelife smart lights. They were horrendously large and I had a hard time putting those into the gangs. This is small enough to deal with all those wires and small space. There are even smaller ones available in different brands but they are much more expensive.3. Setting is quite easy.Cons:1. It does not last. I mean I have 10 of these in my house and 4 of them went out already. I purchased them in the span of 6 months to 10 months ago. When it does, it turns pink when off and red when on. Then I can't reset it anymore. Smart control becomes unavailable. Most of them broke when breaker turned off due to house work or black out. Very weak to power loss.I have multiple dimmer and 3 way switches from this company and they are holding up very well though.2. Click is not really appeasing.I just ordered my 5th replacement. This will be the last time I will buy this if this goes out again.
