Lily's Sweets, Original White Chocolate Style Bar, 2.8 Ounce

Very delicious white chocolate if you love peppermint. Most peppermint things don’t have enough peppermint. This is real white chocolate, unlike what some reviewers say, and the texture is perfect. The first ingredient is cocoa butter, so it’s better quality and genuine white chocolate than many other chocolates on the market which don’t even have cocoa butter. The third ingredient is milk, after the sweetener. Also has chicory root fiber and corn fiber, but these are imperceptible. The package has changed to no longer show any brown which people might confuse to think it contains milk chocolate or dark chocolate. The package also says, “NEW RICH & CREAMY RECIPE”. So it’s probably a lot better than how it was when some reviewers said it wasn’t good. If you really love the cow milk taste of white chocolate, this might not be for you because the peppermint hides that flavor. It also hides the stevia & erythritol sweeteners, so it tastes sugar-sweetened to me. The only negative thing was that it was shipped in a box with cushioning, so one of two bars I’ve opened was broken in half within the wrapper. I’m not removing stars because the chocolate itself is excellent.

These are delicious! I have a really hard time limiting myself to only one serving. Also, they're great in keto pancakes- a little bit goes a long way!

The company says it won't take this product back, even though it's not perishable, and there was no apparent problem shipping it to me this past week. Whatever this stuff is, it is NOT food grade. I tried melting the "chocolate" (broken into the tiny scored pieces of each bar) in a double boiler for 45 minutes. But instead of melting, is transformed into small round particle balls about the size of BB's, and ultimately into a gooey mass, more like liquefied plastic or rubber. At no point did the product actually melt. My husband tasted a tiny bit off his little finger and nearly gagged. He said it didn't taste at all like white chocolate, or peppermint, the flavor I purchased. I looked at the front of the box and it is described as "white chocolate style". Style? What the hell is a food style???? It's either what it is or it's not. Imagine chicken "style", or green beans "style"! In other words, this is not really food but meant to trick you into thinking it is. I hate to think of what this really is. The remaining 6 bars are going into the trash! This company should be banned from business everywhere!

Compared to other Lily's chocolate bars, the price is great, but just a little too minty for me. Other than the taste, everything else was up to the standards I have come to expect from Liliys

I've bought these twice. The first box was perfect. The second box every bar was melted. I'm aware this is a risk when buying chocolate on amazon but it's usually only a problem in summer. It's only February. Makes me wonder when they actually originally melted in transport. It's a good deal and Lilys has great flavors but it seems like it's a 50/50 shot if they'll come nice or all melted in the packages. Theyre no returns and I knew it when I ordered them they may come melted because other people complained in some of the reviews. I can still cook with these poor melties so they won't go to waste but I won't purchase them again:(

I was delighted to find a source for my Peppermint Lily's Bars. They literally melt in your mouth. The products promptly arrived on the scheduled date. I will order from this supplier again!
