Q: Para que sirve este repuesto de tohallitas es lo que va abajo del calentador de wipes??

Si se coloca dentro del calentador y le agregas agua para q se humedezca y siempre esté caliente para mantener calientitas valga la redundancia las toallitas!!!

Q: What is the purpose of tiptop pillow and where is it placed? Does it need to be replaced?

TipTop pillow is used, particularly in the EVO model, to help keep the top wipes moist as they are not sealed into the warmer, airtight. If it is not saturated at all times, I find it hard to believe the top wipes would remain moist as they are exposed to air because the second lid on the EVO model does not have an airtight gasket. Yes, the tip top pillow needs to be replaced, I believe at the same frequency as the EverFresh pillow does.

Q: Can I use the pillows without a case?

Yes, the wipes would just sit on too of the pillows

Q: Is this the correct product for use with reusable wipes in the Warmies warmer, as well? If not, where can I find the correct product?

You can use any regular type of wet wipes in the warmer...my daughter LOVES this warmer and the "pillow" continuously keeps the wipes nice and warm for the little one! M. Bacon
