We ordered 2 sofas, 2 loveseats and about 20 chairs for our waiting room. They were packaged well and carefully. They were easy to put together but tedious to unwrap. The metal arms were well covered. The upholstery is nice and easy to clean. Chairs are firm and easy to get in and out of- the backs of the chairs are all slightly at a decline- so they lean back a little bit but that’s fine for us because they will not scratch the walls. They look very nice in our waiting room. Out of all we ordered, one loveseat was damaged upon arrival. We think that it is due to the lengthy travel for shipping. Still awaiting a response from the company on a return/refund. Otherwise, we are happy with our purchase.
