I’m a massage therapist and was using them to store and transport oil I do believe they did lock but they still leak even if locked I suppose if I kept them up right and at the location they may have been fine but I needed to move locations with them.

Exactly 1.5ml per pump. Just bought some and tested all 6 and every one of them put the same exact amount out

Q: Will these leak oil when tipped on their side? I hope not!

I have not had any issues with any leakage.
