All the people commenting on the balloon smell are not wrong. They smell AWFUL (like chemicals). Some of the print on the balloons were smeared or just not there(one had half of the face) everything else was great though.

The cupcake toppers and the banner were wonderful. The balloons have an extremely strong chemical smell. I was intending to blow them up by mouth and it was sickening, I could only do a few and it smelt and tasted like a was I was huffing paint fumes or gasoline fumes or something. Definitely dont blow them up with your mouth and dont let your kids put their mouths all over it. It's so strong.

Exactly what I ordered and as described,

This wasn't the best birthday supply set I've purchased. The banner was okay, but the balloons were really poor quality. Several of them had holes in them and they deflated pretty quickly. The graphics appeared worn too and were missing letters on multiple of them.. The cake decorations also kind of sucked. They gave these little sticky glue-like circles for you to piece together with the small cake dowels that were basically long toothpicks. I'll rate a 2 out of 5 because my kid loved the happy birthday banner and it was on theme. I can't say I'd recommend this set to anyone.

Firstly, the fact that they don't even string it together like the banners you get at the dollar store it's Missg the second A tomorrow is my nephew's 10tj birthday not his 10 birthdy , perhaps if the had actually sent it already strung they would have noticed.The balloons smell awful, I'm afraid to blow them up, there are some stickers two paper straws no instructions. AWFUL. 14$ worth 2$ max.
