Good, but sometimes still wasn't able to sleep. Taste is amazing, like a gummy candy

I will wake up after 3 hours fully awake which is disturbing.

I hate taking pills. I got a hold of these gummies and what a pleasant way to take the Melatonin. I have a difficult time sleeping and as a result usually get 3 to 4 hrs of sleep. While not a big improvement with the gummies I'm getting 5 hrs of sleep. It's amazing gHow two more hours makes a difference. I take 1-2 two hours before bed time and keep an extra one by my bedside. If I start waking up in the middle of the night I grab the extra one and take it. Close my eyes and go back to sleep. I practice good sleep habits and the gummies are an added bonus to my sleep. Love the sweet fruity taste instead of the nasty medicinal taste. Best thing I've found to help with my sleep. All this with melatonin and not rx sleep aids which can have been known to cause users to sleep walk. Melatonin for the win!

I like the large size... container is big so be ready to carry for traveling in another smaller pack...

They do stick to your teeth a bit but in my opinion the softness is worth it. I take these every night and I am off to sleep in no time! Not that I don’t get up 7 times to go to the bathroom…but they do their job!

These are delicious, almost too good! If they sold these as candy my gummy living family would be getting them in them just for the taste and texture! These help me fall asleep, but not necessarily staying asleep. Nevertheless, they are a staple in my household.

The product is good and works as intended but you will need to take an extra gummy than the recommended to see it’s effect. I have weird working hours and getting a good sleep is a distant dream so whenever I get a chance I try to sleep, was having difficulty to sleep recently and needed some aid to help me. These helped but made me hooked to them! It was hard to break the habit and would recommend it to anyone as a last resort.
