Terrible and cheap.
The cheapest birthday set I have ever gotten. You have to put everything together. The tablecloth is too small for a standard table. The balloons smell like poison. The only reason I got this is because it shipped out quickly and I needed them.

Items delivered exactly as pictured. Need to assemble banner. Table cloth is a little smaller, but still works out. Kid friendly utensils. Knife is not sharp. utensils are sized for children hands. Plates are ok. Good enough to hold cake/ice cream. I got these for my daughters 9th birthday. I disliked that there was a picture printed of a knife on the green colored ballon. A bit pricey for the theme.

Good quality
Very good for the price. I'm a decorator for parties and the balloons were actually good. I blew them up on 1/19/21 and they are still up. No deflation. No popping yet. The place setting good quality

Poor quality
All items were discolored. The balloons would not inflate. They popped when they got to the size of a baseball.

Perfect and simple enough for a kids party
The amount of party supply stuff for the price is well worth it. The table cloth was small, designed for a small gift table. The happy birthday banner was thick enough and big enough. I only wish there was a backdrop included in the package.
