Better batt carrier than others 'out there'
I have two other Surefire batt carriers, a six-cell SC1 and a four-cell SC3, purchased over 5 years ago direct from Surefire. Like its previous iterations, the carrier cap has a gasket to ensure the carrier is watertight. Can be a good feature I suppose if one has a carrier in one's pack and takes a dump crossing a stream.I think the price is a bit high, but, comparing to other carriers 'out there', its probably worth the money. Surefire stands solidly behind their products. Good enough for me that I've returned to Surefire for this particular need.

Quite the thing to store your batts
High end quality, great design. A truly well thought out product. I wish it were a bit less expensive, but one does pay for quality! One the best for sure!(Sure-fire worthy, for sure!)

Confirmed: Fits Six SureFire C123As. Works like a charm!
First and foremost, durability & sturdiness were not functionally tested as of this writing. They will be in the near future and this review will be updated accordingly. For now,...This spare battery carrier definitely fits six spare SureFire123A batteries. When placed, the batteries fit well, however, there is a little extra space for each battery and this can cause the contents to rattle when they case is closed. The batteries don't become dislodged from their slots, they just bounce around a bit. TIP: Stuffing a cotton ball (or 2) into the center of the case greatly reduced the rattling. The case's material appears sturdy and with the provided gasket, forms a watertight seal so that your 123A batteries are well protected and kept in serviceable and ready condition. When testing for water resistance, I emptied the batteries from the case, inserted a dry piece of tissue paper, insured the gasket was properly seated; then, resealed the container, and ran it under a steady stream of water for approximately 1 minute. When completed, the case was opened and the tissue showed no sign of water intrusion or capillary spread. Waterproofing and submerging of case has not been tested at this time. The only suggestion/criticism to be found with this case is with regard to the lid and body design. Specifically, the case doesn't have a retainer loop nor does it have a means of connecting the body to the lid in any way. The manufacturer should consider improving its already well-designed product by designing a retaining loop so that the 2 halves of the case do not get separated from each other or lost.Overall, this case does exactly what I need it to do: hold spare 123A batteries, keep them dry. Definitely recommended!

Expensive
I like the product but it's very expensive cost is more then the batteries it holds need to be more affordable it was over $35 that's very pricey for a battery case.
