Very comfortable and durable air mattress
For years, I've used a product I really like called an Intex Wave Mat to sleep on when camping. It's a very thin profile inflatable that has extra width for my shoulders and arms. It's hard to inflate and deflate and it's a little "thin" when inflated and it has spaces where there's no air (between the "waves"). Most of the time it's fine. But sometimes I find myself wanting more. So I splurged on this. Trust me... I know what you're thinking... $30 isn't splurging when it comes to sleeping pads while camping, but I am nothing if not frugal. I don't want top of the line. I want what I like. And what I like is satisfactory items that can be had cheaply. It's $30. I like air mattresses that are, say, $10. And I will never pay $100 for a Therm-a-rest or a Big Agnes or whatever... Plus those things are NARROW. I wear a 48 coat. I'm as wide as a house. No 20-inch pads for me. Which is why I like my Wave Mat... it's 29 inches. So, on with the review...What I like:- Very wide in the center with a slight taper toward the ends. I like that it tapers. This reduces a tiny bit of weight.- It was 33 inches wide and 66 inches long inflated. However when I lie down on it and someone measures, well, it expands to 71.5 inches long. I can actually see it get longer when I get on it... the way the chambers curve... they flatten out and it pushes it toward the head and foot more. Width remains the same. It's long enough for me (at 5'10), perfect, in fact, with no wasted space and nothing falling off the pad, but tall guys beware.- Thick, durable material. I trust it will last for a while if properly cared for.- Wide inflation valve. It's not a quick deflate valve, but it is larger than the small size that came on my Intex Wave Mat or a beach ball. Makes inflation, and more importantly, deflation, faster.- It makes a little noise at times, but it's not noisy when you shift positions for the most part. It's pretty quiet once warmed up by body heat.- Has a slightly raised headrest. Not a pillow, per se, but a good place to put your pillow (and head).- Chambers are comfortable on my back. They provide nice support when lying with my nose pointed up.Dislikes (room for improvement):- The specs cited are not correct based on my purchase.Correct length is (in inches) 66 x 33.5 x 5. When I lie down on it, specs are 71.5 x 33.5 x 4. Neither of these is close to the cited specs of 81.5 x 35.5 x 9. Weight is more than 3 lbs. (my postage scale only goes to 3 and it blanks out when I weigh this thing).- I noted it was durable. Maybe this is a tradeoff... it's heavy. I wish it weighed a pound less, even if I had to be more delicate with it. Not for backpacking. I often kayak camp, and I'll use it for that (boat can carry more than I can on my back). I will also use it for car camping. But not for trail camping. If I knew then what I know now, I'd probably still buy it. I think it's pricey for what it is (I've already told you I am cheap) and it isn't represented with correct specs. But I certainly LIKE it. I am not in love with it, but it'll do fine.

Quite sturdy and durable, so I bought two
This is an excellent, excellent air mattress for the pool. The trick is to stuff it inside the nylon cover of the leaky P-O-S Solstice 16000DC Designer Mattress by Swimline. THEN, after you combine the two, you've got a really great pool float, suitable for professional sun worshiping. The Blue Wave is thick gauge vinyl, not so many leak points as the bladder inside the Solstice air mattress. UPDATE May 26 2019 - I think I found a way to make this mattress really last. This mattress lasted for two summers of frequent pool use, and then leaks developed at the end of 2018. But, a week ago, I found the product "Coghalan's AirStop" and used it, last week, to patch a total of four (4) leaks!!! Now I might be able to get one more summer of use out of this rascal. Less waste (in a landfill) and greater economy. I feel pretty good about this.

Best mid priced raft you'll find!
By far the best raft I've bought in a long time. Usually, I will buy the clearance rafts at the end of the season for next year and they last a week or 2 at best. I wanted to try something in the hopes of longevity and comfort and I found both with this one! First off, the fact that the air tubes are in the short direction (side to side) instead of the length of the raft makes it much more stable and IMO, comfortable. As a bigger guy, I can lay on this raft without the raft wanting to fold around me. It also seems VERY heavy duty. You would have to work pretty hard to put a hole in this thing. All in all, it seems like the best value I've found so far in a mid range priced raft and I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Much nicer than most floats out there!
I had the hardest time finding a pool float that wasn’t made of that super thin, cheap plastic. This is much thicker than your typical pool float and wider too, as so many are super narrow. Has held up great so far for its first summer and definitely seems made well enough to get several years out of it. Very happy with this purchase.

Yes-finally a great pool floatie!
Just moved to a pool home in Florida and was looking for a float-FOUND it . This float is not tapered so dangling the feet may result in an exposed position if hanging from the sides. Float rides above the water so no sinking in the posterior area. If you plan on taking this to a beach bring a pump cause this puppy is hard to blow up without one. Material is not a thin plastic and is "textured" so you don't go sliding off if you're well oiled. Recommendations would be adding some artistic designs-the warning verbiage on the pillow part is not interesting reading material. Would purchase again!

Great size float!
This float is sturdy and good dimensions. I am an adult who is 5 foot 2 inches. I fit on floats but they are awkward to get on and off of due to narrow sides and not much length. The best part is that I have neck pain and can’t tolerate pillows on floats. This is long enough where I can lay on it without coming near the pillow if I choose. My husband fits easily too and he’s 5 foot 9 inches.👍🏻

Great float.
Love this float. I weigh 220 pounds and this float will hold my weight sitting or laying. It is the perfect float for someone like me. I can sit and have a cocktail with my legs in the water or lay and tan without being submerged like most. I actually reorderd a second one. Great float.

Very sturdy, wide, long, and thick
I wanted a floatie that would allow me to sun myself in the pool that would keep me out of the water, have enough width and length to allow me to stretch out and easily turn over, and not cost much. This isn't cute like a lot of pool floaties, but it was exactly what I wanted. It also hold its air marvelously.

I want to love it, but I can't....
The first time I bought this it lasted me about 4 months before the seam blew. It is used in a backyard pool by an adult who floats and nothing more. I bought a new one this year, had it inside as I purchased in winter. The first time I blew it up.. .it deflated overnight. I went hunting and found a small cut in the plastic.... had to patch it and haven't even used it once. I want to love it... because the potential is there.... but I am so disappointed and of course now can't even return it as it's out of the return window due to my purchasing in winter.
