Different to expectations
This book is not necessarily what I expected from a Daredevil book (this coming from someone who has only read one other collected volume). As he doesn't have the "normal" red costume and didn't come across quite as agressive as I imagined he would do.The storyline is very interesting and features a sidekick called Blindspot (can turn invisible, but obviously DD can still "see" him). I didn't expect to like the artwork as my first flick through showed it was very dark and blocky but I felt it fit the story very well. Something I have not really noticed in other collected volumes (maybe I appreciate these things more now I'm a little older?)Also featured in the story is a quick reference into The Hand (which I should have expected from a bad guy called Tenfingers) which I'm looking forward to reading more about in Vol.2 (I hope).

Brilliant story and a great set of issues to get into if you've only just started reading marvel comics. I came because of the Netflix shows but the show and book seem to be both rather consistent. Love the artwork and the addition of this new Blindspot hero. Style over substance can become a bad thing but this book kept both aspects of the comics on par whilst the introduction of the new villain, Tenfingers, is rather exciting and keeps you turning the pages. Hopefully the next few issues will be as consistently good as these ones.
