I love both the Sweet Cognac and the Original Flavor. They have a great mix of flavor, blending wonderfully, and not overshadowing the meat and smoke of anything I put it on. It's also reasonably low in sugar for a BBQ sauce made with real ingredients. I don't love a sugary sauce, so that's a plus. Nice mild heat, great spice. Love this stuff.

I do not care for sweet/heat, sweet/sour, sweet anything in a sauce. Just me, I like sour beers and bitter I.P.A.'s. All that just for referenceCame in time for my smoked Brisket and made a PERFECT dipping sauce for the burnt ends!Black Swan is perfect for me. More savory maybe? It is hard for me to describe, but for my money it is the BEST out there.I bought the gourmet original, but I will be ordering the others and I hope they are just as good
