Works Well, But Teeth Break
Like a few other people have said, the teeth on the push block have a tendency to break off. Luckily I've only had one break, so I can still use it. The blades and blocks are replaceable, so you don't need to buy a new dicer if yours breaks.Also, be aware that dicing hard vegetables like carrots or onions will take a decent amount of strength. I (29/M) don't personally have any issue using it, but my mom isn't able to use it with hard vegetables. If that's going to be an issue I'd recommend finding one with a lever.

So easy to make massive portions for community dinners!!! Saves hours of slicing and dicing …. Can do or all in one!!!!

These rods constantly come out of the bottom there is no pin to insert to hold it in place
The media could not be loaded. Product is very convenient, although the rods come through the bottom of this unit without having a pin to hold it in place

Broke already
The product started out good purchased AUG 2nd today is sept 10th. And it’s broke. We use it almost everyday in the kitchen and it’s already broken. The tooth is even falling out the other part. Disappointing
