Q: can it be used with a buffing wheel?

Brasso® Metal Polish is formulated to be applied by hand. Gently rub the polish on the tarnished surface. Buff with a clean cloth.

Q: Could this be applied onto rose gold purse hardware? to buff deep scratches out?

Probably not a good idea to apply this on anything with a glossy, coated finish. It is meant for raw metals, brass, bronze etc. To use on a small area up against another material, like leather or vinyl, would be very difficult to do without harming the background material.

Q: Can you use this on silver?

No. Directions on bottle include this statement: "Not for use on silver, lacquered, painted, or antique-finished surfaces."
