I paid 21 cents and I received an entire box of 100 of these 5/16 lock washers. LOL , I thought I was ordering one 5/16 washer and they sent me a hundred count box full of them .... Amazing value for the price 😃

Yes, they are split lock washers
I only got these inexpensive lock washers to add a few cents more to my order to get it up to $25 for free shipping. For this purpose they work remarkably well, and I recommend them highly. I doubt that I'll ever have any actual use for 300 5/16" split lock washers, but one never knows.
