SizzixTHoltz 3D TF Emboss Folder Crackle

Great embossing folder . Looks much better if you lightly ink after embossing . I use very pale blue/grey sometimes with a mid brown sparingly over the top then blend in. This gives the appearance of old, weathered wood.

I have used this folder only once in the card featured and to extend the length, I put it through my machine twice on a long piece of paper, It only left a faint line but was covered by my topper. A beautiful folder with lots of detail and I would not hesitate in recommending it.

This embossing folder gives a great wood type texture to paper crafts. It seems to work better on paper around 250gsm, but equally does work with lighter paper stocks. Nice 3d texture to the paper.Top Tip: Lightly spray your cardstock with water before embossing and you will find your cardstock doesn't split and the embossing is more 3d.

I made two cards and was so pleased with the pattern. I saw that Tim Holtz used it the opposite way to which I thought. He used the deboss side which I have used above. At first I used the opposite side but both are equally as nice. I would recommend any crafterr to purchase this folder and will be using this seller again.
