Well written with understandable directions; beautiful pictures.

I have this cook book. When my sister saw it she wanted me to write some of the recepies for her.Figured if I could find it again I would get her her own book. Recepies are wonderful, pictures arebeautiful, and it even includes writeups of the different areas the food originate from.

Wonderful way to revisit Italy. Coming home with visions of the wonderful dishes I enjoyed in Venice, Florence , Rome and other beautiful places, I really wanted to learn to make them myself. This book is gorgeous as well as a source of great recipes.

Beautiful pictures and interesting narration. Book has a great representation of recipes from various parts of Italy. Looking forward to trying them.

No not as good as advertised

you collect cook books - this is one to have - just nice many pictures and good recipes with lots of info

If you want to cook like an Italian, this is this book to get. Her ecipes are easy, authentic, and delicious.
