It was a good batch.. I have been a customer of Lily of the Desert aloe products since the late 90’s. I like when it arrives quickly.

If you do the research you''ll learn that aloe that is pressed WITH the 'green skin' still ON releases latex from the green 'skin' and that latex has to be filtered out and chemically processed, then preservatives are added. 'Lily of the Desert' ( that grows and processes their products in Texas) has that type and the healthier 'Preservative Free' types. This 'Preservative Free' INNER FILET version removes 'green skin' first so it's better for your body, organic, and worth paying and extra dollar or two per gallon. The taste is almost like water with a different pH. You could drink 3-4 oz. of the aloe juice straight, but I like to mix it with some mango puree in a wine glass for my AM 'wake up' juice. I'm a repeat buyer. Aloe juice is great for gut health and more. I've noticed a positive difference in my skin also.

I ordered this Aloe Juice early last month. It was the first time I ordered this juice on Amazon, so wasn't missing it and it hadn't even crossed my mind that it hadn't shown up until about 3 weeks later. I searched my email to find the notification of it being sent and visited UPS to check the tracking info. UPS reported that my Aloe juice had been stalled in transit. It apparently has been sitting in Chelmsford Massachusetts for 3 weeks. So, I wrote Lily of the Dessert a quick note, explaining UPS reports my package as having been sitting in the same place for 3 weeks, asking them what their intention was, what they will do about it. They never contacted me back. It's been more than a week now since I first contacted them. 2 days ago I sent them a second message explaining that I was going to write them a bad review and file a claim against them on Amazon if they didn't respond timely to my concern and that my order had apparently been lost in the mail. So, more than a week now since my first contact and 2 days beyond my second contact, I am without so much as a notice that they're looking into it. So here's my nasty review. Next is to file a claim. I'd advise you go back to the top of the page and search again for Aloe Juice and not consider this LOTD juice, as their customer service is nonexistant. There are plenty of better Aloe Juice products on amazon. I prefer Aloe Juice with pulp.

Great product. $5.00 more expensive than my local store. Would not have bought except I needed to get over $25.00 for free overnight shipping.

We have been ordering this brand of aloe vera juice, as well as the Whole Foods brand, from Amazon for several months. The products are good. However, these are both fulfilled by Amazon and they are packaged so poorly that the boxes barely make it to our door. I had to request a refund for one that was punctured due to shabby packing. The box I received today had obviously been taped up by UPS to get the box sturdy enough for delivery. These bottles are heavy and it should be very obvious that a sturdy box is needed.

Love this aloe juice! I like to mix mine with either lemon or a flavored sparkling water (raspberry lime Spindrift is my personal favorite). It makes me feel more balanced and recharged when I drink it and I have noticed its digestion and detoxing properties as well.

Its an economical size which is why I chose this gallon size to save $ but stll the unit and ovral price is too high. downside of very large size is takes up room in the fridge for a long while. I spent a lot of time researching which is safer and I bough this inner fillet instead of the much cheaper aloe vera juice at walmart because its not the inner fillet and has that unheatlhy preservative(?) in it. I liked the taste of that wm aloe beter but this has got to be healther/safer w/it being organic and so pricey. My body is very too acidic so Im hoping ingesting this will help. not the best tasting liquid but no big deal. I think it helps w/IBS a bit and skin tone. IF ANYONE KNOWS IF THIS WILL SHRINK OR PREVENT KIDNEY STONES PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! as Ive been plagued w/them for decades!!! :((:(: Drs NO HELP!!! in any way to shrink or dissolve Kindey stones nutritinally! :((::( so Im praying and hoping buying very xspensive food like this will help!!!
