Keeps me on track!
I find looking at numbers in multiple online fitness apps can get sometimes confusing and are not printable. Therefore, I use this inconjunction to my online fitness apps. It stores your nutrition, workout regimen in detail, sleep pattern and other details in one location. It's user friendly and the first couple of pages "coach" you through using the remainder of the diary. There's a spot to set goals and a page with all your measurements. Good book.

Ideal 3 Month Journal
Really like the space provided for goals and completed activities. Separate areas to enter aerobic, strength training, and other activities. Nutrition is included without any fad diet hype as in some fitness logs. Solid value for money. Will buy again next quarter.

Since you are inputting into book should be Cerlox bound! Hard to write on the left page.
