I bought this after having my rotator cuff surgery. They use this specific wrap at the Physical Therapy clinic I go to for the shoulder rehab so I got one to use at home as well. The wrap conforms to my shoulder perfectly and stays cold for at least 20 minutes. I haven't tried longer than that but seems like it would stay cold for at least a half hour. The built in velcro straps are convenient as well. The temperature is perfect - not too cold as to cause damage but definitely cold enough to get the job done. I haven't tried heating it so I can't say how well that works but if you have occasional need for ice, this is perfect. I just keep it in the freezer so it's ready when I need it. It is way better than ice because it doesn't get wet, doesn't leak and you don't have to make ice bags. Just pull it out of the freezer whenever you need it. Plus I can't say enough about how it molds to your body which ice does not do.

I bought this after knee surgery. They used this at my physical therapy. I love this. It only takes a couple of hours to get cold, and it stays cold for a long time. It wraps around my knee completely and then some. It also covers several inches above and below my knee. I highly recommend this. Thank you.

Great product. I love that the gel pack not only covers my back and fastens in the front, but also that it has extensions that go up and over my shoulder to the front, where it fastens with velcro straps. It delivers a comfortable heat to all of my trigger areas whether I am standing, walking or sitting. Well worth the money.

Works so well I purchased for other family members as well.

Fits great with elastic straps, the form-fitting gel contours around shape , & light weight helps to contact every surface.Shame that 2 straps are not able to shorten when consistently using on Knee.And, Shame the Velcro strap ends constantly leave pull marks on spandex outer fabric.

We use these at the hospital and at my home. Very flexible, even when straight out of the freezer. Come with plastic bag to put back in to put in the freezer.

Bought it for rehab after knee replacement. Works great
