Staedtler 3005 TB24 Double Fibre-Tip Calligraphy Pen 24 Bright Colours

Good quality pena

This is my second set of Staedtler double-ended pens. I damaged three out of the original set without realising how it was happening. You need to be very careful when replacing the cap, especially on the broader end. If not, the edge of the cap may come in downward contact with the felt tip and make a hangnail type piece on the side. From then on you'll always get a railroading type effect.So, I got the second set because they are very good for calligraphy, with their stub type nibs giving a very nice italic and other similar styles. They're much more convenient than a dip pen or fountain pen as there's no need to change ink or do any cleaning to get from one colour to another. You just pick another pen from the 12 in the pack, which cover primary colours plus 2 browns and a magenta.The broad end is 3.5mm when used flat, or a fine line when the edge is used. The smaller end has a 2mm width nib and a finer line when the edge is used. The edge can therefore be used to create flourishes on the end of words or letters. The front cover of the pack shows a sheet of italic letters with arrows to show how to construct them. Note that this is not something included in the pack, but if your eyesight is good you can make out the details (just!)

This is an honest review, can I say first, as my own personal experience, I always think people that rate a product 5/5 and say it’s so amazing, are just actually working for the company or something, well don’t worry, I’m not, if you don’t believe you can check my other reviews.Okay, back to reviewing:These pens are not so bad, my issue was that they didn’t have all the basic colours, I bought this because it was a trusted brand so I thought : why not? I was looking for calligraphy pens 🖋, they looked very high class so I bought them. In the beginning, it was quite hard to use, for me, but as I used them more I figured my way out and I actually found them very helpful. If your willing to spend that much money on pens go ahead- I definitely am, I’ve got a shopping addiction.If your thinking you want something cheaper, you can continue to look as I’m sure you can find these pens somewhere else too.It’s not unique Unique. I'm honestly quite disappointed with these pens. Most of the thin ends have already dried up before they've even been opened. The picture shows their very first use.It's not actually that easy to hold the pen in the correct position straight away and the nibs seem like they'd soften really quickly.I chose these because I always believed that Steadtler were a half decent brand, but these pens seem to be a cheap after-thought.

Primeiro a aparência das canetas é bem mais 'barata' do que parece nas imagens, mal parece algo da Staedtler, não tem a preocupação com design e funcionalidade que eles parecem demonstrar em outros produtos. Isso normalmente não serial um problema, mas geralmente a marca é um pouco mais cara que semelhantes.Segundo, todas as pontas finas tem uma pigmentação mais forte e estavam mais secas (algumas o suficiente pra não ser possível escrever) e as mais grossas eram mais claras e pareciam ter mais solvente, ou estar mais molhadas.As pontas grossas tem uma extremidade quadrada (ao invés de arredondada ou pelo menos mais fina) que dificulta a estabilidade na hora de escrever o que acaba tornando a escrita com as pontas finas mais fácil apesar do problema de algumas serem muito secas.Eu paguei 48,90 reais na promoção pelas 12 canetas e não acho que tenha válido a pena, talvez o meu pack esteva defeituoso de alguma forma (embora eu não seja provável), parece algo feito por uma empresa que nunca ouviu falar de coisas como controle de qualidade ou padronização.Em resumo: é um produto ruim.
