The Slow watch is an interesting take on simple, unobtrusive design
One thing all of my watches have in common is simplicity. I prefer clear, readable dials without clutter. If there's a complication, I like it to likewise be legible and serve a purpose. The Slow watch is an interesting take on simple, unobtrusive design. The case is well finished, the strap is comfortable, and the dial is clean. The telling time with a single hand on a 24 hour register takes a little getting used to, but it's easy to quickly see what the approximate time is. It's a Slow watch, when you're wearing this watch you don't care about the exact minute to the second. It's not 4:52pm on this watch, but rather it's about 10 minutes to 5pm. And that's all you really need on most days. It's a nice compliment to my collection.

The Dumbest Thing I Have Ever Seen
This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. (I haven't bought one, I'm talking about the idea behind it.) Why would anyone need help figuring out, approximately, if it is 4PM or 2PM? How hard is that? The PURPOSE of a watch is to tell you what time it is.And if there is any doubt of the stupidity of this thing, it is water resistant to 100 meters! It's almost like it's a joke! If there is one place in the world where every second counts, it is 100 meters underwater.

Super functional and lean
I really really like it! I've been intent on acquiring a watch for a few years but never felt convinced of it till I happened across this style. You will receive a product filled with uniqueness and very nice functionality. I use it best for those moments I wake up in the night and just have to glance in the sparse light to shine it on the face and see if it's 2 am or nearly 6. So easy! Great early hours sleep. Can't compare to fumbling for a piece of light up screen to press the button and read the numbers while just barely awake.Just a tip, there is plastic on the back of the watch with the quick first time instructions. If you don't realize to take that off, your wrist will itch! Oh no!

Very nice watch
The watch itself is sturdy and beautiful. It can be a bugger to set but I got with patience. The band is not nearly as dark as pictured. In the pictures, it looks black but the one I got is a medium grey. I don't mind it has a worn look that I think looks good. I do love the watch. I only gave it 4 stars because of the band color.

Yes it looks great online, amazing out of the box
First, the pictures do not do the watch justice. It is an incredibly stylish watch. Yes it looks great online, amazing out of the box!!!It is very comfortable, even easier to set the time and no problem at all getting used to telling what time it is. Also love how you canessentially have a new watch with the purchase of a different band- they all fit!!!Thought this was going to be a casual once in a while watch, it is my everyday watch. MORE than impressed! Can not wait to get another one!

Stylish, and oddly comforting
I was nervous to make this purchase because I didn't know how I would take to a new way of reading the time. But after a day or two I was fine and I'm able to figure out the time with accuracy within three minutes. I was also afraid that it might feel heavy on my wrist (I am used to the very light, thin Skagen watches. But the Slow watch is very comfortable. The design is so sleek and subtle, and gets a lot of compliments. Love it!

it looks pretty cool and has kept decent (approximate) time which I ...
Everything is _very_ small..._very_ small and there's no shot of reading it in the dark (no luminescence of any kind). Still, it looks pretty cool and has kept decent (approximate) time which I guess is the point.Slightly underwhelmed here.

My Favourite Watch! A Reminder to take Life Slow
I LOVE this watch. To love it, you have to not mind using a 24hr time scale AND embrace the fact that this watch will never get you closer than 5min to the exact time. But that is the designers point. It is a constant reminder, worn on the wrist, that knowing the EXACT time isn't always necessary.I have a phone, so if I need the EXACT time I will look at that. But if someone asks me what time it is, I'll look at this watch and say, quarter after one. It confuses a lot of people, but then you also get to know the inquisitive ones. Because they will ask you how your watch works, rather than just accepting what you say.If you think of the watch as a sundial, without the need for sun or shadows, it makes perfect sense.
