Brand new product but doesn’t work.
I am looking for rice Cooker in google and i found a lot of reviews for this item then I ordered it and when I received it was brand new perfect looking never used and after plugging it, the lights turned on and it worked perfect after 5 min suddenly it turned off automatically and never worked since that tim, I was disappointed I followed the instructions before using it but what waste of money.

Love it! Big enough to to cook for an army, or in my case teenagers. So far works great, just wish the cord was a bit longer.

It's half the size it should be and only does 10 cups of rice. Not 20 as advertised. Even the insert says 10 cups,It will be returned.
