The key thing to note is that the new NRA books will have an answer sheet, when I took this class at my college here's what the syllabus said:"You will need to have the Official NRA Paper Examination Answer Form to be eligible to receive the NRA Certification for this class.•If the NRA Certification is not of importance to you, I will furnish a “photocopy” of the Exam Form, which can not be submitted to the NRA, to be used for just the class grade. In this case you can purchase a used 2nd Edition of the text which will likely not have the exam form in it. "So if you don't care about the NRA certification you should check with your professor to see if a photocopied from can be used, then you can buy this book used for like 20 dollars. The answer sheet if its not included in your book will be about 40 dollars (yes they charge 40 dollars for a piece of paper) so you will not save anything getting a used book and a new sheet.

Item arrived ahead of time and exactly as described. There was a mistake on my end and I had to return the book. After the extremely pleasant interactions I had with them regarding my return, I will buy every book I need through this seller if they offer it, that's how impressed I am with their customer service. They went out of their way to help me with my problem even though they didn't have to. Can't recommend buying books from them enough.

This item purchased new from Amazon, however no testing voucher came with book as required. Now I have to find out why...

As other customers stated in their reviews, if you need the answer sheet for the NRA certification exam buy a new edition. I was lucky that the school store had the sheets which I had to purchase for $40 (one piece of paper). The book was fine, in good state for reading and getting the assignments done. The description should state ANSWER SHEET missing because "may not have associated media" is not clear as I learned.

The item works for me thus far, this book is required for the Culinary Arts Class I'm enrolled in at Los Angeles Trade Tech. I wish I had used Amazon Prime when I Ordered it, it took Too long to receive the Book, yet I was glad to receive it when I did.

I ordered this book prior to the class start. Unfortunately, I did not check the book and found out the online exam card was not included though it was stated in the book description.

Needed it for a pastry class at Delgado.
