I am so excited to order this item because it has a good review. To my surprise the box came bent, and the rotating table is broken. Pieces of it fell inside the box. Because it’s plastic it’s breaking a part. I wasn’t so please about it. I was just gonna ask for replacement but to my surprise there’s ni return for this product.

Has so many tools, Great gift for someone who doesn't have many tools good assortment.BUT you will NEVER get it back in the box it came in so an addtional plastic box or tackle box would make a perfect gift.IT NEEDS SOME INSTRUCTIONSINCLUDED FOR THE PERFECT GIFT-if for a begining decorator , perfect, cost effective collection.Pick up a Wilton Year Book -the best .

Updated: I updated my review because this company's customer service is amazing! They fixed the problem so quickly and efficiently. I will buy from this company again! I cannot wait to try it out! I was so excited to get this item. The quality of the product is okay as far as I can tell, but I'm missing quite a few items.

Review update: seller corrected the missing items with no hassle. Very happy with my set now. Good for beginner cake making. Quality seems to be okay,but I am missing items. Missing a piping tip and the frosting pen.

Would have been nice if the tips were labeled or numbered in any way, it's a total guessing game. Fondant spreaders are great tools, prefer Wilton icing pen over the one provided, turn table works great, other accessories are great, I use disposable bags but that's just me. Overall would have given more stars if the tips were labeled in any way.
