There was a hole in the bottle and most of the cleanser leaked out everywhere in the shipping package. It’s almost empty and what a mess!!!

This face wash smells so good, works very well, makes my skin clean and smells yummy also.The only complaint I have is that the hole on the top is too big for the consistency of the face wash. Too much face wash product comes out. The whole needs to be half as small. I fixed Mine by putting a piece of tape across their as a consumer I should not have to do this. This is an easy fix for the manufacturer. Either way I love this product and will continue to buy it. Makes my skin clean and soft.

A great smelling jelled facial cleaning product.The scent is rich, autumnal, warm-spiced and neither masculine nor feminine. Everyone asks me what I am wearing, so it's a long-lasting scent, too.The cleaner itself is a jelled, clear formula. It's not as thick as petroleum jelly, but is about as thick as a cream lotion.The product cleans well and leaved my skin feeling fresh and moistened without being sticky or greasy.Product ingredients are not completely listed on the product page (other than vitamin a), so we downgrade one start for that. Ingredient listing is valuable for those of us who have ingredient sensitivities, so without it being available on the product page, many will choose not to purchase the product. We suggest the vendor list the ingredients in tabular form with chemical and common names and function for each ingredient.The formula is vegan and cruelty free.The five-ounce tube was priced at about $17 at the time of our review. There are less expensive facial cleaners, but this one does a very good job with just a small dab, so it's a good value.The vendor claims "the tube is 5 fl oz, which is about 4 months worth if you’re using the product on a daily basis." I am hard pressed to see how five ounces will last for 120 days even by my frugal use standards. I think one month is much more realistic.

I have tried other products by this brand and really like them. I like that this is safe for all types of skin, vegan, natural and made in the USA!! And the scent!! PUMPKIN SPICE. It puts me in the mood for fall. However do be aware that this is not a thick "jelly" type of product. It is very thin so go easy when you first attempt to squeeze it out.

This cleanser is decent. It smells amazing and cleanses gently without drying or stripping the face and leaving it tight and thirsty after washing. The cleanser is SUPER watery. Think mixing gel cleanser with water and shaking it up. Bam! You’ve now got the consistency of this cleanser. It probably should have been put in a pump dispenser and not a squeeze out. Also, my cystic acne didn’t too much care for the cleanser. I had a few flare ups whilst using it, so I eventually had to stop and my breakouts have since gone down. If you’re looking for a new cleanser and have normal skin, I would absolutely recommend this. Otherwise, I’d you have highly sensitive, acne prone skin like myself, I would recommend passing.

I'm probably the only person in the world who isn't a fan of pumpkin food/drinks. But I do enjoy the scent. And the scent of Pumpkin and Spice Jelly Cleanser smells wonderful. Its easy to work into a lathery foam, easy to apply to skin and rinse. Does a fantastic job of deeply, yet gently cleansing pores and ridding skin of dead cells and dirt. And boy does it leave my skin soft and smooth.I have dry, sensitive skin and have no issues using this cleanser. No itching, irritation or burning.But, there is an issue.I normally don't make a fuss over product packaging unless there's a serious enough issue. The consistency of this cleanser is not a jelly; its liquid. Pure liquid. I learned that the hard way. After removing the safety seal I turned it upside in preparation to squeeze a bit out for use. Thankfully, I didn't get a chance to squeeze or it would have been worse. About 1/4 of the tube poured out all over me and the bathroom counter. All that cleanser went to waste. Unless my tube was just a fluke, I hope packaging is changed so no one else loses cleanser as I did. For this reason, I deducted a star from my overall score. Aside from that issue, I'm happy and satisfied and do recommend this product.
