Almost perfect
Case seems extremely thick and very well protected, you do get blurry spots if you tighten the screws completely so your best to leave them a little loose to prevent this (this is why it isn’t perfect)Case is heavy but is expected when it offers so much protectionScreen, sides and backing of the phone is fully protected however camera lenses are completely exposed and have no protection whatsoeverAll round, I would say a decent product at a decent price, I’m certainly happy!

Supposed to be lifetime guarantee, but ignore emails to replace
Great for someone who seems to always drop their phone.Glass screen now broken and should have a lifetime guarantee, but getting them to answer.acknowledge an email is impossible!Guarantee and the claims of the guarantee seem misleading!

Very solid case, rubbish screen protector, very heavy
I’ve always bought Griffin Survivor Extreme cases for my iPhones but didn’t fancy the new ones as they don’t seem as durable as the older styles so went for this case. My phones get used and abused, dropped a lot and can honestly say they still look brand new upgrade time 2 years later, so will be good to see how this case holds up. Never had a issue. This is a very solid metal case, but also ‘very’ heavy, so bear that in mind as the iPhone 12 Pro Max isn’t exactly light either. But it’s still pretty easy to handle as it’s got the large silicone back pad and silicone surround to give enough grip. The small clickable silent on/off switch is handy. Speakers still work fine with this fitted for listening to music etc.But I’ve a few gripes with it, one major flaw is the screen protector, I’ve got 3 areas here where its giving a rainbow effect and not sealing properly as another reviewed said. Really annoying. I’ve only had it a week and it’s getting on my nerves already!I’ve noticed my WiFi & phone signal isn’t as good with this fitted, still works but definitely not as fast. Tried with the case on/off, definitely the case.I think they could have made the back (or just the camera cut out) a little thicker to give a couple more mm protection to the lenses, looks flush to the case so be careful laying it down.So not bad, but the rainbow screen needs sorting, maybe ditch that and fit a separate screen protector?

Del Boy gets rsi
Got the silver one today. Probably very durable.Cons : 6 screws instead of just clipping together( should have read up before purchase,) weighs a ton and the case Wouldn’t be out of place alongside a Russian BetamaxGot to put phone down now as it’s so heavy

Very sturdy
Very sturdy, I only used it for a short time because you have to press so hard to get contacts with the actual phone inside, perhaps it was because I had a glass protector on the actual phone screen as well

Glass broke in pocket after 3 months use
This has happened before with this design but never as quickly. Took out of pocket to find that the screen protector was cracked right across middle. Nothing else in pocket and no reason it should have broken. Happened after 3 months of everyday use. I liked this case because it was strong and robust. Disappointed. Moving to another design.

99% Perfect....
I always find the hunt for the perfect phone case far more stressful than choosing a new phone. Trying to find one that ticks all my boxes gets more difficult with every upgrade.I’m loving this one. It’s easy to get the phone in and out (with the aid of the included Allen keys, plus plenty of spare screws). It’s rugged, without being ugly, provides all-round protection without compromising on accessibility and most importantly, the integrated (real) glass screen protector is as responsive as the screen itself. It really is as heavy as a brick, but I can live with that - the race towards featherlite phones is pretty much over! Some have complained about the rainbow effect of the screen. I find this only happens in certain artificial light and even then, isn’t distracting. I would rather have that than have to prise an adhesive glass protector off my phone down the line.My only gripe is the unprotected rear camera lenses. It seems there is no ideal solution there, but I will be investing in one of the separate protectors on offer nevertheless. In short, this case is as near perfect as I’m likely to get, so I’m happy.
