Seems like a test quality product
Before this I was using the wings cruise for almost 3 years and it was just superb. Well, this one is exactly reverse of that. The sound quality is decent not that great and in high volume you'd feel like it hurts your ears, treble more than bass. Sound is clear though. Shape and wearable fit is decent. Everything else is waste. Range is poorest poor, if I move away 2 steps from the connected phone or laptop, starts giving cryptic sound, battery backup is poor doesn't last even a half day, with continuous work from home and calls have to charge it twice a day, and the mic well has a super noise cancellation. Except that it cancels your noise and gives everything in the background to the other person. Even with no background noise most people say they heard only a feeble noice from me so not sure what they were thinking while making this mic. Overall seems like the product is just off the manufacturing unit and dint go through any quality tests or maybe that's how the product is?Time to move to a new brand, lost trust on wings which was there concrete for 3 years, or maybe I buy the 3 years old earphones again.

It's better than anything under this pricelist
It is IPX5 rated and comes with a smooth Silicone gel flexible neckband for improved comfort and also backed by 10mm neodymium drivers for an improved bass experience. The neckband is made up of a premium smooth Silicone gel that sits comfortably on the neck. The neckband material is very soft, light and can be bent into any shape. I was able to get about 8 hours of battery life with about 65 to 80% volume level.supports both Siri and Google Assistant.uses Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity and also supports Dual Pairing. Like most of the same segment earphones, Wings elevate also performs well and you’ll not experience any connectivity issues or connection drop when used within 10 meters. If the Bluetooth of the nearby device (previously paired) is ON, these earphones instantly get connected to the device without pressing any button. come with a metallic casing to provide a sort of 3D surround effect and also a solid sound cavity to provide a richer bass experience. The overall sound quality was much better than I actually expected. As stated by the brand, you’ll get a punchier bass with clear mids and highs.ProsComfortable neckbandPunchier BassBalanced soundLight-weight designGood battery lifeIPX5 Water-resistantFast ChargingConsNo Low-latency modeBelow-average ANCNo aptX support

Decent Neckband for the price
Its been almost a month I am using this neckband. Purchased for 999/- below is my review. all observations and opinions will be subject to the price of this neckband. The GOOD:Built Quality: is good and you will not feel that its delicate. Just be careful with the wires coming out from the neckband ends. A wire manager here would have made it more durable.Wearing Comfort: Its very light to wear, the silicon material used which sits on your neck is soft and light.Extended use should not have any problems. However, I removed the hooks it comes with, they were decreasing my wearing comfort. The eartips supplied are okay. However, i changed them with the ear tips of my MI earphones. I found them more comfortable.Battery: the battery performs decent enough and gives you a playtime of approx. 7 to 8 hours. Supports fast charging which is a plus point.Music: the music quality is above par. The Bass levels are good and so are the trebles. Vocals are also decent enough. One shall not be disappointed with the music part of this Neckband.Bluetooth Range: uses BT 5.0, so no complains here. The BADCall quality: The call quality on this neckband is not up to the mark. I have had below problems:1. Opposite party not getting sound loud enough, mic is not up to the mark.2. Bluetooth connection disconnects during the call, specially when using the dual pairing feature.Dual pairing: This is where all the problem started. I purchased this neckband to specifically use the dual pairing feature as i take calls on my laptop and cell phone both. Below issues faced:1. If you go 2 rooms far from the laptop/phone and come back; sometimes the neckband will not connect again.2. Neckband switches off when it is connected to 2 devices and a call is received on one of them.3. No sound is heard on call even though it shows Bluetooth being connected.4. If call is ongoing on one device and call is received on other device, the call on first device gets disconnected and call on second device is connected. There should have been an option to choose if i want to take call from second device or not.5. If call from my phone is in progress, notification sounds from laptop keep interrupting the call. All in all, most of the issues occur when dual pairing is used. On use with one device, I have seen no significant issues.Verdict: If you want to enjoy music and some calling, go for it. But if you wish to use the Dual pairing option; go for bands like Oppo enco M31, far better connectivity and choice to switch the devices.
