Despite the sample being received and signed for by the lab on time, DxTerity still has not processed my sample. It has been nearly a week, and the results of a week-old test are not of any use. This was promising as the test was easy to take and ship, but the lab is not processing these in the time they said they would. Go get a test in person. This is a disappointment and a waste of money.

I had a problem with my kit and called to ask a question and resolve the issue, not only was the rep honestly pretty clueless (seemed to not know much of anything about the kit), but he said that he'd have an answer for me in 24 hours. Well, that doesn't work because you need to mail this out the same day as taking the test. He tried reassuring me with a lot of buzzwords like "quality" and "global guidlines"....I'll be going to go wait in line for an hour or so to get tested at a physical facility tonight instead. That phone call made it feel like this is a 1 man operation that doesn't have very many answers.

I took this test before going to see my family. It was easy to use... just saliva. Once I sent it back, I received my results within 24 hours! After doing some research, it seems to be the most accurate test on the market.

We're still waiting for results after more than a week. No contact from the company. I don't even know if they're still in business. Oh well. When you buy nearly everything online during a pandemic, you'll get ripped off sometimes.
