Q: How do you assemble them??? Picture says just "clack" together, but they do not... been trying for 30 minutes?!

It’s very challenging to put together. Try sliding two into a slot at the same time to get a better sense of the angle that will work. Then push harder than you think you should. It took me a lot of sweat and swearing but ultimately it worked. Good luck! Let me know how it goes!

Q: Is the material matte or glossy?

It's in the middle. But I think the material's closer to matte.

Q: Can you combine two sets or do you have to use three sets to create a larger single rack.

You can combine two sets in a formation of 5/4/3 slots per row, or more as you wish.
