I had on older workout bench sat in my home gym that i tended to use a lot less than i should, after telling myself that this is due to it not being the most stable of benches i thought i should get another one to replace it.Low and behold this bench is a LOT more sturdy, there is no wobble when settled on the floor at all. It give me a really nice position to for ab work, allowing me to adjust it depending on which exercise i am working on at that moment.Putting it together is really simple and was done in just a few minutes as most of it is just folded together rather than the whole thing needing assembling (much more reassuring when working with a bench designed to take a lot of weight and movement.I also like the additional elastic stretchers on the side, i hadn't used them as i didn't have them previously but a small amount of resistance on repeated exercises does wonders and i can really feel them working different muscles.

Great bench and just what I needed whilst the gyms are closed.Sturdy and easy to change incline/declines.Has multiple incline levels and easily fold away.You can do many different exercises and it is very practical too.Brilliant for those home workouts.This bench came out as the best-priced.The instructions were easy to follow so it didn't take long to construct.After using it for one week, I can confirm that it does all the things I wanted.Every muscle groups is covered and the frame has been strong enough.Doesn't wobble if you tighten it sufficiently.Comfortable and well padded support for back and legs.Overall, the product is extremely useful, I am satisfied with it because I can use anytime and anytime of the day I want.Thank you very much.

Good and strong and the bars are really heavy duty so easily half our weight.Easily put together although it does come with instructions. The seat area is well padded and made of good quality material.

As with some of my other fitness purchases here this is to be added to my garden log cabin home gym we have created whilst in the lockdowns.Keeping fit has been really important and helped with keeping busy and stopping the boredom setting in.Arrived well package and was very easy to set up and we figured it also folds fairly flat for easy storage.When set up it’s sturdy and takes both mine/my partners weight no problem. My partner will use it more as with his back problem he can use this easily and in comfort but still work his core doing press ups and sit ups.The thicker foam provides good comfort.

I was a little hesitant between choosing this weights bench or another more expensive one I had been looking at in my town.I'm glad I chose this one. It is wide enough and allows me to put my shoulders almost flat. The leg foam supports are of good quality and aid me to do abs comfortably. The stitching is soundly sewn. It is of sturdy build, enough to hold me plus a lot of weight and when done, I can easily store it in a corner.Good value for money in my opinion and a good addition to our gym.

This is a great bench for either a beginner like me or for my husband who is much more experienced. The bench arrives needing assembly however the instructions are easy to follow and it took very little time to build. Make sure you tighten everything well to ensure it is sturdy and strong.Both the seat cushions and the handle bars are well padded so whatever I choose to do on this is comfortable. The resistance bands for myself are a great addition and they help me without having to use weights.

I thought it was going to disappoint due to its small size however, during use, it does exactly what it should. Fold nicely away and good for the price.

Thought it might be a bit longer than it was other than that great product for the money
