Perfect for beginners
I love these, they are so much better than the inserts that come with alva baby diapers. They're also a great price. I've been using them for 3 months now and they wash and dry great and my son can wear 1 insert in his pocket diaper for about 4 hours .

I prefer these inserts over the ones they send with the diaper shell. These are a great material still absorbent and they don’t come out of the wash with all sorts of fuzz stuck to them.
