D Z Strad Cello Bow with Ebony Frog for Advanced Player (4/4 - Pernambuco)

I am a middle school orchestra teacher, it is okay while teaching. You don't want an accident around an expensive bow. But, the balance and camber is off and the hair is not good. I think the stick is worth what you pay for it, but the hair is not up to par with the price. You can get the same hair with $37 carbon fiber bows. If you are used to professional grade hair, it is a grainy, slippery feeling under my hand.

I bought this bow to go with a cello I purchased used for my daughter, I thought the carbon fiber would hold up much better under a child's use. The quality was excellent and the price was really good.
