Update - Design Changed - Sizing Changed
UPDATE - AUG 2021I was so upset that these shirts no longer worked for me, that I figured I'd try again a size up. It is still not as good as the original, but it works for me as a compression garment. So, definitely now, order your actual size for a compression shirt. It is still much less breathable and the sleeves no longer release pressure at the elbow, but it is better than nothing.------UPDATE - MAY 2021I recently purchased three more of these shirts because I loved my first one so much and it's starting to age. However, they drastically changed the design and material of these shirts, and I am no longer a fan—a returned them. They no longer have the tapering of pressure at the elbow, the shirts are much shorter now, and the material is MUCH less breathable and is now firmer. If you're looking for a compressive fit now, go with your size. Do not size down anymore.-------I bought this item with the intent that it wouldn't be worn alone as a shirt--I intended it to be worn underneath of clothes as a waist, arm, and back shaper.Since I wanted the item to be tight, I ordered one size smaller than what I would normally buy for a regular shirt--I'm glad I did! Had I ordered the "correct" size, I don't think that the shirt would have functioned well as a shaper. It would probably end up being a somewhat form-fitting "warmth" shirt. This shirt is tight enough to shape, but not so tight that it's totally uncomfortable. It can be stretched to be pretty long, which I like since it helps with the dreaded "rolling" effect that plagues so many shapers. The only downside to this shirt that I've discovered so far is that the arms are not shaping. Depending on your arm proportions, the sleeve might end up being very loose or only marginally form fitting. However, the up side to the sleeves is that the end of the sleeve (where the elbow is) is looser than the rest of the arm. This is nice since, if it is tight on you, it gradually releases the pressure so that you're not 1) cutting off circulation at your elbow, and 2) you don't get weird bulges where the shaper suddenly ends. All in all, I wear this when I workout to keep everything in place, and was a fantastic buy for that. If you're looking to get a true shaper, I would order a size smaller. If you're looking to wear it as a form-fitting shirt, I would get your true size, and if you're looking for something comfortable and a little looser, I'd get a size bigger.

Does not Roll Up!
Great shpewear fit for the price. Arm compression is comfortable. It does not roll up. I wish in came in other colors to wear under summer tops.

It rolls up
I love this shirt! It’s seamless. I had surgery and the compression in the shirt was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the waist line kept rolling up.

Nice Compression, fit as expected
I typically wear a size medium and ordered the medium-large here. It is VERY tight but not so much that I can't get it on and off. As such, it creates good compression but is not too lose or too strong. I wear it to the end of the elbow all day under another shirt with no issues.

Nice but small
I ordered the Slim Me Shirt in XL, which is the size I normally wear, but when it arrived it was sized L/XL. Maybe it's supposed to fit very, very tightly, and if that is what you want then it is perfect. I was hoping for a shaper that would be a little less tight and that is why I ordered XL. I managed to get it on and it is very slimming, I will wear it soon and see how comfortable it is to wear all day. Can't comment on that until after I wear it.

Cuffs of sleeves flare out a little bit
On the model, the sleeves seem form fitting, but the actual shirt is a bit loose on the ends of the shirts. It flares it out a bit like a boot cut leg jean would. Nothing too dramatic, and it may have to do with the fact that I sized up, which I am glad I did because it wouldn't be comfortable otherwise. You ladies have to remember that this is shapewear. You can't expect it to be as comfortable as your other normal non-shapewear clothes if you order your true size! It is going to squeeze you like crazy to get that desired shape, because that's how shapewear works, no matter how advanced the technology. So, if you want it be comfortable AND flattering, size one size UP, especially since this product is meant to be worn as a shirt.Overall, for the price, I am very pleased with this product. I finally can have an hour glass shape now! I would also say that this is almost as comfortable as a normal shirt and is about as comfortable i'd imagine shapewear can get (I don't own any other pieces of shapewear so I can't say for sure.) It is extremely comfortable for a shapewear product and I think i might be able to forget that it is indeed shapewear due to its comfort.

They went and changed a great product
I had purchased this product maybe 2 years ago and loved it - perfect sleeve length, didn’t roll up, fit well. I got a Queen 1X because, although I’m a large, I usually find these kind of compression shirts too small. First one was perfect, second one was completely resized and I think they cheapened the fabric. Isn’t that always the way? It is TINY - so much so it’s painful to wear. So very disappointed.

Not bad for the price
I recently lost about 70lbs (5 stone) and I really love these compressiony, smoothy sausage casing tops for holding in loose skin but they're insanely expensive. This one is very thin when put on--as in you could see the pattern on my black bra through it, and even petite-breasted women such as myself will get arrested if they try to sport this without a bra--but it's fine if layered over a black camisole or under a low-cut sweater. I love the elbow length sleeves, because--like EVERY single woman over 14 in this country--I hate my upper arms. (YES, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.)The price was decent and it had good squeezy-ness in the belly area. Overall, I'm pleased.
