Love this knife. I use it every day. Very sharp and cleans up easily. Wish it had a sleeve protector because it is so sharp. Would've given 5 stars if it had a sleeve.

Arrived in need of sharpening.

It's very sharp, however I do have what seem like small rusty spots on the knife.

Update one month after purchase: the knife has 3 spots that are RUSTING. I am very carful with my kitchen stuff so this should not have happened, my roommate has not used it. I would prefer to have my money back... but one month has already passed. I don't recommend this.Original:I really needed a new knife and a good one. This one compares to my bf's branded ones, it has a nice grip and it is very sharp. I must say that I'll update this review in case my opinion changes later but so far I really like it and I'd buy again. I need to hide it from my roommate although because she doesn't take much care and with all the sharp stuff, you need to take a good care... I received this at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

Love this knife! Holds the edge really well use every day!

It cuts but in no way feels like a chefs knife which is how I thought it might perform. It wasn't as sharp as I expected it to be and it was almost too lightweight for my taste. I felt like I was forcing the knife through the onion as opposed to just cutting it. The handle is hollow so this is not the knife for me. I gave it away.

This chef's knife works really well and was worth the price.
