I wouldn't write off this product as a possible helpful adjunct for those fighting difficult cases of Candida dysbiosis (aka yeast in the gut) (aka leaky gut syndrome). I'm on month #7 of a comprehensive attempt to accomplish that task. This has included serious carbohydrate restriction along with alternating and progressively increasing doses of a large number of natural "complimentary medicine" therapies (based on a general protocol outline, as well as tolerance of die-off symptoms). {Past attempts using Traditional/conventional medicine prescription didn't do jack-squat (no surprise).}The overall therapy has made significant difference with cognitive energy and stamina (? Due to decreasing levels of gliotoxins?). But haven't experienced much improvement in fatigue (yet?).I added this Jatoba on month #6 and definitely experienced significant die-off symptomatology (for over a week). I'm now 3 weeks into it, symptoms abated, and have titrated up to one dropper-full twice daily.While it will likely take another couple-few months to retrospectively assess any true benefit, I think it's plausibly already helping. I'll try to get back then with an update. But obviously more of "us" would theoretically need to try this to get a better feel whether its helpful or not in general.Leaving this review as I'm back today to order a couple more bottles. We keep this on hand all the time. My daughter went away to college and asked for a bottle. This gets rid of any kind of fungal infection and even candida. My daughter gets sunspots (which I read was a fungal infection) and everything the dermatologist gave her did not work. We tried this and it finally got rid of them after a few days. Just a dropper full in her water bottle once a day. If they ever come back she knows what to do, works every time. I had a freind whose son had bad sun spots and I recommended this and she recently sent me a text to let me know it worked like a charm. It got rid of my husband's athletes foot too. I love this stuff.

Jatoba Liquid extract was very tasty and made me feel a lot moreenergy. Also the seller was quick to mail off and packaged well

Use it to fix candida. Takes months but effective. You should research the tree it comes from. Always been happy with Amazon herbs
