This was the missing link for my low-carb pasta I have come to learn that fresh pasta has a different texture than dry pasta and I was almost ready to give up on pasta altogether because of that.. i can get past the texture now that the flavor is similar to Regular pasta. this really gives LC pasta that traditional flavor and makes it so much better! I have use this lupin flour for baking in many Keto recipes. So far I am not disappointed nor have experience any bitter after taste as it is added to other ingredients. Have never use big amount of lupin flour in any of my recipes. Is a good product.

No complaints to note. I used these on the bottom of a keto Lupin flour with vital wheat gluten pizza crust and it was all so authentic to where I was stunned. I also used this to make keto cornbread for a tamale casserole thingy. I wish to have this always on hand.

Good substitute for flour for low-carb recipes. I've used this lupin flour to make dinner rolls, bread and pizelles.

I didn't know what to expect when I saw this product being used on a YouTube video how to make pasta recipe. I purchased it and it came quite fast. This was really surprising since the person who recommended this exact product said they waited weeks to get it shipped to them. I love that its not only good for making pasta if I choose to use it in the recipe as I could also leave it out but it's great for sprinkling on the bottom of my pizza pan for making pizza in place of cornmeal or semolina which is great so the pizza doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. I would purchase it again when I am out of it. I make the low carb pasta and pizza for my mom who is keto. No issues using this product whatsoever. Tastes great!
