product is as described, however, comparing to products you might purchase at HD all of the c-Clamp products on Amazon are described as light duty and when compared to products elsewhere e.g. HD. you can visually see the difference. The product is durable and able to perform all work falling within the parameters described. the threads used to secure your work on this C-Clamp are well crafted and work flawlessly to apply pressure. I would purchase again if other resources were simple not available.

The swivel tip of the screw fell off the first time I used it which surprised me as it seems pretty sturdy. I just got a hammer to crimp it back on but it was annoying. I was able to finish the job I needed it for and the price was nice.
