I'm impressed! I received the item on time. Well packaged.The product actually works. I tore cartilage in my knee when I was in my 20's, but I refuse surgery. I do strength training for my legs as well as use the ellipticals, at least 5 days a week. I have no problems. I can actually bend my knee and do squats. It feels great. Using this every day in gym fits perfect make sure you buy a good size it feels so good running on tradmil and all other sports . Also using by playing basket ball it gives an amazing compression for the knee .... my advice look on size chart select your size and add to cart . I purchased the sleeve for my mother who has been having trouble with arthritis and fluid build-up in the knee joint. Her knee circumference is 36cm so the size medium was a perfect fit and provides exactly the correct amount of compression. Smooth seams and latex free material also make it very comfortable for her to wear all day. She expressed having greater confidence while traversing stairs thanks to the additional support. As I recently hurt my knee, the Fitoby Knee Support Sleeve came in very handy. I must admit that it helped me to ease back onto the road to recovery. Having never used any type of support during my training, I was extremely surprised at how efficiently this extremely easy to wear sleeve worked to help soothe my hurt muscles. While wearing this compression sleeve, I was able to work out hurt muscles that otherwise cramped and hurt me to the point of sleepless nights. After wearing this sleeve one afternoon in conjunction with some magnesium lotion, I was happy to sleep the night and felt good enough the next day to press onward towards recovery with more exercises that stretched out my tight muscles. Knee pain is awful; avoiding using muscles that are conditioned to be used only tightens the pain into a coil of hurt. I alternated this heavier sleeve with a less expensive and thinner Copper Fit Sleeve. Recommended but watch your fit on this--where the Copper Fit is more elastic you may be able to gamble between small and medium. The Fitoby is much thicker and needs more consideration as to which on will actually fit smoothly.

***edited Aug 7*** Heat rash has set in - even with only wearing this for a few hrs at at time, and washing it thoroughly between uses, kiddo had a horrible rash. Make sure that there is plenty of time to wash and line dry between uses. Does provide enough support to wear for normal days, but not enough for sports' practices.Knee sleeve does provide great support and is helping my daughter's knee tremendously. Her knee hurts worse with the brace off, feels more stable with sleeve in place. Breathable and doesn't cause sweat to pool up. Has not have issues with heat rash like other braces and sleeves cause.The only issue is I ordered the sleeve for myself in size Medium. There is no way it would fit my leg. My daughter wears a size 00 jeans, and this sleeve fit her perfectly. This knee brace provides adequate support to my weak knee from a bad knee injury years ago. My knee cap is loose and could pop out of place with one wrong move. I wear this knee sleeve daily, when I take a three mile walk for exercise or when I go to the mall, knowing I would be walking for a while. It is comfortable to wear for hours. It remains in place, and the elasticity has been the same after a couple of days of daily use. I got this for my husband who has constant knee pain from working all the time. He had three knee sleeves already but when I was offered to review this product I figured it maybe better than the ones he has. Apparently it is because this is the one he reaches for first. It seems to stay on really well. He has sleep in it when his knee was really hurting. His only complaint is that it can get very hot during hot days. I like that its easy to wash.I received this product at a discount for my unbiased review.

Using this while cross fit don't feel any pain I used to wear other ones but no one is beating this knee brace
