Glaze 'N Seal-133 Multi-Purpose Sealer , 1 GALLON

I have a five year old home with decorative concrete stamping a regular brushed concrete. The stamped concrete was "painted" with a high gloss color tinted oil based product before I purchased the home. Five years and the treatment on the stamped concrete is gone. I pressure washed my concrete and went looking for a lower gloss product and found this Glaze and Seal water based product. Products that claim "wet look" don't look good for long so I wanted just a little gloss to differentiate between the decorative concrete and the regular concrete.I sprayed it on using a hand pump garden sprayer and had a helper hold a piece of cardboard as a screen to prevent it drifting to areas I didn't want to have any gloss. It worked perfectly. It seals the concrete to prevent a lot of water intrusion and makes blowing off dirt and debris simple. I used two coats of the sealer and I probably will do it again next summer just to keep it looking good and performing as it does.Highly recommend this product.

Very simple to apply. A bit of bubbles, so you do have to apply a soft microfiber to go over lightly after application to wipe up the excess and the bubbles. We used a fine paint brush to do the edges and corners. We applied 3 coats, nice soft sheen, not too obnoxiously glossy. It was mostly odorless, though we wore masks anyway to be safe. Since it is water based, it was extremely easy to wash up afterwards. We actually were able to cover almost 1000' 3 coats with 1 1/2 bottle of the 1 gallon sealer, we ended up returning the 3rd extra unused gallon bottle we bought. I don't know how well this is going to hold up, and whether it will need to be reapplied again in the future though.

Resealed my pavers with this it brought back the vibrant colors. Used an airless sprayer it applied it much easier and evenly.

I use it to seal our stamped concrete cool deck around the pool and do so at least twice a year. It takes me about two gallons each time. I've learned not to skimp and though it says to avoid puddling, it can't be avoided with stamped concrete. It puts off a good shine for a while and it's not a real slippery surface. With the Yuma heat and sun it holds up pretty well but I do wish I could apply it in the heat of the summer but for what it is I think it does a pretty good job.

I’ve never given a bad review on Amazon and I’ve purchased thousands of products. I feel I wasted over $200 as this sealer did NOTHING for my pavers. In fact, it left white spots in some some areas. You can’t even tell anything was done to my pavers and I hired someone who is experienced with sealing pool decks. I was with him and every step was followed exactly as recommended by the manufacturer. I’m so disappointed and am hoping a refund or some other solution will be offered.

After 3 coats applied as directed the grout still stuck! We only did about 10 tiles at a time and still had to use 3M scrubbers and couldn’t get it all off.

You don't need to be a pro for it to work. In fact, on a couple of jobs in interest of time I didn't bother to mask the concrete. Just carefully dampened it with water keeping most of the water off the substrate. As the stucco, brick or whatever substrate you are coating was drying I simply hosed it off. Not that I would recommend this procedure, but it's going to leak through the masking paper anyway. Great, simple, effective product. I have used many specialty products and this one only requires a garden sprayer!
