We added this to our supplement routine about a year ago. In my opinion, this supplement does not replace good nutrition :) But... it really does what it says.Now that we've been taking it for a while, we've adjusted it to one capsule in the morning and one at night.Definitely worth a try is you're looking for some help in that area :)

I've felt so much better with IBS since using this product. Dr Christophers formulas really do work. I have used the Nerve formula, Relax-Eze, and liquid Nerve formula and think they are very good also. They seem to help with getting to sleep and I think they may be helping with Restless Leg Syndrome; also. I think studying some of his literature helps to know what products will help you. My only question is this. I received Lower Bowel Formula in the mail. We live in the desert and the box sat in the mailbox in 106 degree temp for about six to eight hrs. Tne directions say store in a cool dry place. I wish it had been a different mail carrier, as they would have put the pk on the porch in the shade. Will they be damaged? Oh, one more thing. If you are looking to cure yourself of something like IBS you need to try and eliminate some of the things that trigger it. Dr Christopher had suggested a Muscleless diet, no flour or bread, get rid of sugar and aspertane. I have slowed down on these things such as my diet coke every day, sugar ever day, cheese, dairy. am eating healther, but not giving up every thing I love, just being more moderate. The shipper was fast! I tried ordering this on Walmart.ca and it took months to arrive. I've used this herbal formulation for over forty years and it is the best in class. Try it together with psyllium in juice or water. Dr. Christopher was a Master Herbalist before herbs were a popular part of the culture. He received many of his formulae through inspiration and revelation. He taught a week-long course in my city once and told us of all the healings he did using herbs. I have used other products of his and trust them - they are all great and superior in action to other herbal formulae.

This formula is billed as a way to facilitate lower gi/bowel movement and regularity. It absolutely does! I was having a considerable problem with that - even with working on getting more fiber in my diet. I've been using this lower bowel formula for about 5 months now and I am back to regular again. And no side effects. Excellent stuff!!!

This item has greatly helped my husband with his heartburn . I buy 3 bottles at a time for a better value for the money.

Product works well. Eliminates gas and bloating

Works, not every single time but works. And it takes a few times for your body to get used to it... you may get diarrhea or zero result (poop) first few times you have the capsules. I take two at a time, night time, every night I remember ... that must be 5/7 nights a week.Further ahead I Also started having this green juice, and elimination got much better:*a green juice per day, with its fiber, not without... in any blender, out of: cucumber (pepino), red or green apple (manzana roja o verde), ginger (jengibre), celery stick and leaves (tallo y hojas de apio)... it seems celery does the magic, so never do the juice it without it.I would buy these natural capsules again and again.
