I have a Label Manager 220P that is quite a few years old but prints fine with standard cartridges. But I wanted to label cables so was excited to find the 'durable' tape. Not so happy with the result though. I've used nearly half the reel testing, cleaning, following internet instructions, etc. trying to get it to print a line of text without a blank stripe through the middle. The line of nothing seems to be along the seam where the two halves of the backing join in the middle. Pulled out a bunch of tape to see if it got better, but it didn't. On unprinted tape it looks like a bend in the middle. UPDATE: Bought a new Dymo and the tape is fine with it. So upgraded the report.

Works perfectly. My label writer is at least 10 years old and still makes excellent labels. Tape is great.

Way better than the standard label tape. Sticks much more firmly and doesn't come off. Worthwhile upgrade to the label maker. I find myself using it in more situations than if I had the standard tape.
