Best knife for skinning for small game. Tried many knives but nothing works as good. Worth it!

I had a stroke, and preparing food became a challenge. I lost the use of one arm. Cutting food items for prep or out eating a steak dinner with my wife became a challenge. This knife ended that. It is easy to use one handed and is razor sharp. It is the perfect size to use at home or at my favourite steakhouse. I definitely recommend this knife.

This is a favorite, own several KOA knives, and have bought many more to give as gifts... the only heads up I can offer is to be cautious of the leather sheaths and take care of them, as the knives can cut them as you pull them out/put them in if they are not oiled and cared for properly.

I bought this solely to use as a skinning knife for deer. It is exactly the right size and performed as I hoped it would- very well! I give it four stars only because it can prove to be difficult to sharpen, but what can you expect with a cutting instrument with 270 degrees of cutting surface. Fortunately I have a chefs choice professional sharpener which eliminates most of the difficulty. It takes a lot of toys for us hunters to get the job done!

My husband LOVES this knife! It's his favorite knife, uses to skin deer and wild hogs! After our house fire in February this was his first request for Christmas. Shipping info didn't update, but after a littler research it seems to have delivered, I can confirm tomorrow. As for the product it's Topnotch
