Really useful guide, we stayed in Ragusa which had decent coverage of the tourist area but little of the wider town and there were some really good towns in the south east region that weren't covered at all. Big cities and attractions we visited in the rest of the island were well covered.

Good for sightseeing
Generally Ok especially on the 'must-visit' sites such as Piazza Armerina and Agrigento. Good local information and plenty of useful tips. Soem parts of the interior eg Ibli Mountains don't get much cover. Some errors too - eg there is only one Punta Secca and not two as suggested. Very misleading

A worthwhile guidebook
A good guide which proved really useful in Palermo and enabled us to travel around widely by bus and train. It had good coverage of Cefalu, Agrigento and Trapani. We followed its suggested town walks easily and found them pretty good. One omission - it failed to say that Palermo AMAT bus multi-day tickets are only available from the AMAT kiosk in Politeama.

Another great Rough Guide
As always, the Rough Guide is the best possible option. I plan to travel to Sicily next year, and found all the information I'd want. The only improvement I'd suggest is a block system, where you can more easily find a place you're looking for.
