Big Hug for Little Cub

This is one of my baby's favorite books. She loves the rhyming cadence, and I love how she can be as rough as she wants with it without doing much harm. She can sit for half an hour at a time just flipping through the pages. My daughter (who is only 10 months old at the one I write this) loves when I make noises as I read, and this book gives ample opportunity to sigh, purr, roar, shout, and giggle. The art is very sweet and simple. and since the story starts at the beginning of the day of this little cub and its mama and stretches to the end, it can punctuate ether end of your day smoothly. Since my baby brings it to me twice a day, this works perfectly!
