Works great! Little on the bulky side but for a Japanese product by Zojirushi it never fails. Few a more bucks than domestic brands it hold more for an at home use mug than others. Tested other popular brands - this one stays HOT the longest!!! Recommend….

It keeps water, tea or coffee hot and warm hold day! I use every single day and I love it !

I love HOT beverages and have many Zojirushi appliances. I was hoping this would be a rockstar, but unfortunately, it doesn't keep my coffee hot. In fact, I have much cheaper stainless mugs that will keep my drink hot longer. Great inner design for loose leaf tea, but it is bulky, and the rim is not comfortable to drink from. I ended up returning this and keeping the tall zojirushi hot cup with no handle and with a lid https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081JGYWL4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1. It has a screen for loose leaf tea and keeps my tea hot most of the day. Doesn't keep my coffee hot for long, but I love the feel of the cup in my hand, and that it has a lid you can drink from. If I pour boiling water into the cup for a few minutes to warm it, and then add my coffee to the pre-heated mug, it works well enough if I drink the coffee quickly. That didn't work for this mug because there is no lid to help keep the quickly dissipating heat in .

I love this thermos and now it’s my go to anytime I’m in the mood filtered tea. My only pet peeve is that it squeaks a lot when I screw and unscrew the top to drink from it. I wipe away any excess water in hopes that it would help, but sadly it doesn’t. Either way I still love this cup. Just wish for that one flaw to be fixed.

It’s great tumbler for tea lover, and always keep warm tea for you. Only thing I don’t like is this is too bulky..

Other than the tea portion that I love. This cup keeps its promise of maintaining ice cold and unmelted for hours! Great for people who like drinking cold tea, juice, coffee, lattes, pop, etc... but don't want to compromise their Hydroflask with anything besides water. So impressed by the technology

The product looks nice but that’s about the only good thing. Beware, it can’t be drank out of from the lid. You have to completely remove the top then drink. Strangely though the lid is quite elaborate and has a weird rubber stopped button in it which stops liquid getting into the cavity of the lid but also makes the drink cool quicker. You can remove the top part of the lid but for no good reason as drink cannot transfer into the lid area for drinking. It’s effectively a very expensive cup with a lid on. Buy the Zolrushi flask instead of this cup as they are brilliant, like magic, your drink will be hot even the next day and you can easily drink on the go anywhere.
