This little bottle of concealer seems expensive, but I only need three drops to cover my whole face each day, so I believe it will last as long as 2-3 less expensive bottles.I apply face lotion first, then drops on my forehead, chin, and each cheek. The lotion acts as a liquid base and the pigmented drops glide over it, spreading easily.I would not recommend using a makeup sponge with this, since the sponge just soaks it up entirely. I think there is no oil component to allow the drops to sit on top of the sponge. I absolutely love this makeup! You can use it as drops with other makeup to put more pigments in it, or as makeup by itself. I use it by itself. It only takes a couple of little tiny drops to cover your whole face. The coverage is amazing.I hate that it has been discontinued, for now, it's just crazy! I have bought it here and on eBay. It is getting harder to find at an affordable price! GRRR

I love adding 2-3 drops to my primer. It allows me to go lighter with foundation and helps me achieve more of the "invisible" foundation look. I've received quite a few compliments on my "skin" (not makeup, and this is from ladies wearing makeup) since I've started this method, definitely a holy grail product for me now.
